Monday- goldfish crackers and string cheese

Tuesday- veggie and ranch dressing (celery, carrots?)

Wednesday- eat leftovers (crackers, veggie straws, etc.)

Thursday- granola bars

Friday- fruit (oranges?)

I booked Riverview Theater and put a check request in for you today. I estimated around 90. I will know later next week what the movie is and the time. I will get a bus schedule to you after I find out that information.

If you are attending the haunted hallway tomorrow here is a piece of important info...

The cookies treat and tattoos will be set up in the cafeteria. You will be responsible for your group while participating in this part.

Vicky and I will help set up this so it is ready for you when you are done in the haunted hallway.

We have a lot of apples and carrots left over from last week so I did not order anything new for this week. The apples and carrots are in the refrigerator in the kids' kitchen. You may decide if you want to take one or the other or a mixture of both.

Beyond Diversity Class

The Lake Harriet Trolley has a couple of really fun events:

Oct 15 & 16 from 12:30-4:30 Farmer Ken's Pumpkin Patch - For $4.00 you not only get a ride on the historic trolley, you also get a pumpkin to take home.

Oct 30 1:30-2:30 Trick R Trolley. $5.00 gets you a ride and treats.

Preschool Fieldtrip Oct 20

Central rm 103 & 105 and Lenox Preschool rooms are going to Sever's corn maze. The bus will pick up Central at 9:15 and Lenox at 9:25. You will leave The corn maze at 12:00. The bus will drop off at Lenox at 12:30 and Central at 12:40.

Snack 10/10 to 10/14

Reminder to let Tricia know what you have left over each week so we don't WASTE food.

Central, I was a little disappointed that I found grapes left in the coolers all weekend not chilled. Also, found an open bag of veggie straws not sealed tight.

Don't save snack in your classroom. There is not a snack surprise day anymore so no need to do that. If I catch you still doing that there will be consequences.

Wednesday this week finish up your veggie and apple straws.

Tuesday will be a veggie day and Friday will be fruit day.

Snack for Friday Oct 7

The grapes arrived this morning. They are in the kids' kitchen in the white coolers next to the kids' place freezer. There is also string cheese to have with your grapes.

Change in Thursday snack

There was a delay with our grape order. Have the granola bars today and the grapes will be for Friday.

Roller Gardens. Bus schedule will be handed out at the SAC meeting in November.

Roller Garden was already booked 9 to 12 on November 4th so I booked the 23rd.

Think about Winter Break field trips you would like to attend and bring them to the next meeting.

Next SAC meeting is Wed Oct 12th at 9:30am in rm 208.
Next ECE meeting has been changed. We are setting up a date to meet after work so that all preschool staff can attend.

Apple Orchard Fieldtrip

Oct 11th All of the preschool rooms are going to the Minnetonka Apple Orchard. One bus will pick up  rm 102, 103 & 105 at Central at 8:45 and be back at 1:00. The second bus will pick up from Lenox at 8:45 the pickup Family Learning from Central at 8:55.
