Summer 2020 we're on

Good news. The District has given us the go ahead to have Summer child care with our usual customers. A notice will be going out to parents today or tomorrow asking them to register by Friday May 22. Also parents that have already registered will be choosing to keep or cancel their registration. We do not know exactly what it will look like yet. Once we know numbers we will make plans. If parents have questions beyond when & how to register send them to Terri, Vicky or Lisa P.

Staff Schedule for week of March 23

Thank you to all the KP staff. You are fantastic. It has been a weird and frustrating week. Thanks for stepping up and helping out.

Today we met with the leads from each site to work out a plan for next week. We will be reducing the number of sites we have open. Next week we will have Aquila and Peter Hobart open 6:30-6:00 (or until the last child leaves)

We are rotating staff to work with children onsite on some days and working from home on other days. I have paired people up with those that they will be working with during the Summer so that you have the same work from home days so you can either plan via phone or get together in small groups. You will be expected to put in your contracted hours in some form or another planning, doing online training etc... There will be a form that you will be filling out online.
I am creating some google docs one for Summer ideas (art projects, gym/outside games, service projects), Daily Schedule forms for each day of Summer (I have already shared the field trip list), and the Summer supplies list - this one is important because we will have to put our orders in late April or early May to get our supplies in time.
