ice packs
Hi All,
I saw someone left a note in the conference room saying we are almost out of ice packs. Next time email or verbally tell me. I put another order in today. Remember it takes awhile to get these for some reason.

MnAEYC-MnSACA state conference
The MnAEYC-MnSACA state conference is Feb 8th and 9th. You can check out the classes offered at https://m360.mnsaca.org/frontend/event.aspx?EventId=53083.
The past few years we haven't really paid attention to whether staff is doing all of their inservice training but with the preschool working on accreditation we will be looking at everyone's inservice hours. Yes School-age that includes you.
40 per week employees must complete 40 hours of inservice per year. 30 hour per week employees must complete 30 hours of inservice per etc...
College students can use some of their courses to fit these requirements. You can use some of our staff meetings and the 1st aid class but that will not be enough to fill the all of the requirement. This conference is a terrific way to get a lot of inservice hours.
Also you may want to do a WMEP class. Remember the beyond diversity class we made you all go to. They have a bunch of other classes also https://sites.google.com/a/wmep.k12.mn.us/wmep-k12-mn-us/staff-development.

Snack Disappearing at Central...
Hi All CCC Staff,
I order the same amounts of items each week and sometimes it's enough and sometimes it's not. My suggestion is to grab all the items you need Monday after Denny delivers so we don't continue to have this problem. For example today is granola bar day and I had Denny pick up 5 boxes. Thats 240 we should have more then enough and we are short. Not blaming anyone for taking extra just don't know where it is going. I have added more bags of bagels for next week so we should have more then enough.

Tropics Water Park Field Trip
Hi All,
I received everyones numbers for this day and there is not a way to combine bussing. Each site will have a bus. Central will have two. I sent bus info. to the off sites today and central staff check your mailbox for your copy. Questions just ask.

Jan 15 snack
I have ordered 3 cases of carrots for snack for Tuesday. I have also ordered 12 containers of yogurt.
There are clementines and 1 box of mixed fruit left from last week. Please hand that out on Monday to any kids that would like extra snack.

SAC Field Trips 1/25 & 3/15
Tropics Water Park is booked for January 25th all sites are going to attend it will be 12 to 3. Bus info to come.

Educator Contract
For all the lead teachers: Our contract will go to the school board for approval Jan 28. Shortly after that we should get our backpay.

Meetings this week
We are having our SAC meeting on Wed at 9:30 in rm 208. All SAC staff that can make it are invited to come even the vouchered staff. Dianna will sub in room 209 from 9:30-10:45.
ECE meetings will be Wed. and the other half on Thurs. at 1:30 in rm 208.
