Summer milk

We will provide milk for snack in the summer. You may hand out milk at lunch also for kids that did not bring a beverage.

Preschool fieldtrip to Children's Museum

I double checked our reservations for the museum. We are scheduled 9:45-11:45.
I am scheduling the buses for 9:00 pick up. Lenox wanted to leave at 11:15. Central - I scheduled the bus for 12:00 to come back. If you want to come back sooner just let the driver know.

For Tuesday I ordered 2 and 1/2 cases of bananas
For Friday I ordered 12 boxes of orange wheels

Diaper paper for preschool

I ordered 9 rolls of the butcher paper for the changing tables. 3 for each room, 108, 106, PS (103/105)

Tuesday snack is granny smith and golden delicious apples.
Friday is watermelon

Central snack Wednesday, 5/23

Sams Club did not have enough bagels for everyone so I had Denny pick up something different. Minute maid juice bars for Wednesday instead of bagels. CENTRAL GROUP ONLY!!!

Snack Friday May 11

I have ordered 12 boxes of cut up pineapple (1/2" chunks) for Friday.

Tuesday Snack

I have ordered a case of red apples and a case of granny smith apples for Tuesday's snack.

SAC meetings

May 9 at 9:30 in rm 207 please bring your final calendars. Before you finalize your calendar please double check to make sure you are staying within your budget ($800). The fieldtrips that we have planned and the bus costs are separate from that $800.
Please take one last close look at the bus times that I gave you at the last meeting and be prepared with the changes you think we need to make. Unless we absolutely have to we won't be making changes to these times once summer starts.
