May 18

I just want to let everyone know a lot of people have asked for May 18th off.
We are still working on filling all the requests. We should be able to fill all the requests that have already been sent in.
If you were thinking of putting in for that day and have not yet, we probably won't be able to let anymore people have off.

Snack Tuesday May 1

Snack Tuesday is carrots. We ran out last time so this time I ordered and extra box.

Snack Tuesday

Snack for Tuesday is apples. I ordered 1 box of red and one box of granny smith.

Extra mixed fruit

We have 2 boxes of mixed fruit leftover from Friday in the fridge in the kids' kitchen. Feel free to hand that out today along with the bananas or use for kids at breakfast or lunch.

Preschool Zoo Fieldtrip

I finally got a hold of someone at the Zoo. We are scheduled for Tuesday Apr 24th. I will book the bus for Central 8:30 and pick up at the Zoo at 12:30 return to Central by 1:00.

Lenox do you want your bus to pick you up later because you have some 9:00-3:00 kids?

Do you want to leave the zoo at 12:30 also?

Insurance Open enrollment meetings

Everyone should have gotten an email with a listing of the open enrollment meetings.

There is one at Central tomorrow, Tuesday, at 1:30. Yeah! They finally added one that our staff can attend.

Preschool Zoo fieldtrip

The Zoo coordinator must be on vacation. I emailed in our fieldtrip request right after our meeting and called her several times this week but still haven't heard back. Plan on Apr 24 unless I tell you otherwise.

Jim and Katies Pool Party

Hi All,

We are not able to have the Pool on July 5th because of being done in the locker rooms.

So the Pool Party will be Friday, June 29th.

K-1 groups will go 3 to 3:45

2-3 groups will go 3:45 to 4:30

Since this week is a short week we decided to order fruit for Tuesday, and Thursday instead of Friday. It will all be arriving Tuesday. I ordered 1 case of granny smith apples, 1 case of red apples and 2 & 1/2 cases of bananas.
