Monday June 27, 2022 Field trip to SLP Rec Center and French Park
Kindergarten Bus will pick up at 12:20 at door 3. It will stop at Peter Hobart to pick up the 3 Kindergarten students that we are Summer School and continue on to SLP Rec Ctr.
KDGN will leave the Rec Ctr at 4:05. Back at PSI by 4:30.
3-5th grade going to French Park. Load at PSI at 1:15. Wait for Summer school bus to arrive 1:15.
3-5 grade summer school kids will use the bathroom if needed then load the field trip bus to French Park.
3-5 will be picked up at French Park at 3:15. Should be back at PSI by 3:45
Staff should park in the upper parking lot and leave the lower parking lot for the parents.
We will have a school nurse working with us this Summer. She will be on site on Mondays for 4hrs.

Welcome Everyone to Summer 2022.
Monday June 13 we will all meet in the cafeteria at Park Spanish Immersion at 9:00 am.
We can not get into the rooms to start setting up until Tuesday, so Monday we will meet our teams and talk about expectations for Summer. Plan on Being there until at least 3:00.
Tuesday-Friday We will all check in officially at 9:00am. All contracted employees will work their contracted hours. All casual employees plan on working your Summer hours. We may let you go early if everything gets done. You will be setting up your rooms and we will need help setting up the breakout rooms. Do not leave without checking in with Vicky or her designated assistant.
