Kathryn sets out snack everyday and takes inventory of what we have or don't have. She has been noticing items that go missing. Please DO NOT take Kids' Place snack for field trips. In case the bus is running late and you need to call to make sure they didn't forget you, or you need to leave a field trip early or something you can call directly instead of having to track down Tricia or Vicky.

     Our shuttle schedules are rather ambitions so please be ready to board the bus at or before your scheduled departure time.
     If you are the first group going, typically the bus will arrive at Central 10 to 15 minutes early so you should be on the bus and pulling away from the curb at the departure time. If the first group is late leaving all the other groups will be left waiting.
     If you are the last group being shuttled the bus may be running late due to heavy traffic be prepared with some sort of activity to keep the kids busy while you wait.

The phone for the opening and closing cafeteria is in room 1A. I set it up yesterday. There are instructions on how to pick up the messages next to the phone. Please follow all the steps or it will not work.

These first couple days it is okay to extra staff in the class even if numbers are low. Later this week though you will have to send vouchered staff home if you are in ratio with contracted staff or cut vouchered staff hours to a shorter time. Hi All,

I had our high school and college students pack the backpacks today. If you need extra supplies they are located in the conference room in the 3rd and 4th closet. Remember tomorrow we will be checking everything out to you.

All staff Jun 14 and 15

All contracted staff must work at least their contract hours. If staff work less than 8 hrs per day you can offer them extra hours if you need the help. Use the voucher staff at your discretion.

All staff MUST check in with their site supervisors before you leave on Friday. If everything is done in your room we may need you to help us with other rooms.

Summer kick off meeting change

The summer kick off meeting has changed to Thursday instead of Friday.
It will be in the kids kitchen from 11:30-1:00 ish. Lunch will be provided for all School age staff on Thursday. Bring your own beverage.
Lead teachers - please contact all of the staff assigned to your room and let them know what time you want them to work Thur and Fri. All contracted employees need to work at least their contracted hours. You may have them work extra hours if you need them.

Scholastic meeting change

The scholastic training will be on Friday instead of Thursday.
It will be 8:00-3:00 in rm 252 (on the PSI side)
Lunch will be provide for all early childhood staff on Friday. Bring your own beverage

Grapes

Bix only delivered 2 boxes of grapes today. They are coming back Wed to deliver the other 10 boxes.
