Building Security Plan

Important Information about building security at Central during summer:

The entrances, Door 1 near front parking lot and the east Door 21 near back parking lot, will be locked between 9:30 AM until 3:00 PM

Parents and visitors must enter through the main front entrance between 9:30-3:00

Some interior doors will lock during those times also.  These include the doors that close off the cafeteria from the east entrance near door 21 and the doors that close off the hallways to the first floor of Central and the first floor of PSI from the front entrance.  It is important to close these interior doors if you open them to walk through with your class during these times.  As part of the security plan for the building, if an intruder would get into the entrance during these locked times - this would close the person off from the rest of the building. 

We do not prop any building doors that lead outside.

If your badge does not work to enter the building by swiping the card reader, please let Terri or Lisa know so we can fix that for you.
