Good News, they have finally load next years calendar onto the ERMA system. You are now able to put in your summer requests on ERMA.
If you have handed in a green sheet already please go onto ERMA and load those in.
There is now an option to do either a single day or a date range. So if you are taking off a bunch of days in a row click the button next to date range then it will have you choose the 1st and last day of your vacation.
All of the employees not on the ERMA system (the non contracted and the ones contracted for less than 6 hours) should still put their vacation time on green sheets.
