Just a reminder to all staff - Please call, do not text, if you can't make it in for your shift.
If Tricia or Vicky are out for the day their voice message will let you know they are not working and who is covering for them (usually this will be Lisa Campbell). If you text them that you are not coming in they may not see your text. In the last couple of week this has happened when Vicky was at a funeral and another day when Tricia was out sick.
It does not matter what time it is. if you text us in the middle of the night we may not realize there is a text until it is too late. Call, do not text.
