We have reserved the East Pavilion for our picnic (the building was already taken)
The DJ will be playing music from 10:00-1:00.
We will meet in the Amphitheater at 11:00 for the all school picture.
Lunch is all beef hot dog, pickles, chips, watermelon slice and a juice box.
Rm 103 and rm 105 and Lenox will go first for lunch.
Vicky will let everyone else know when it is their turn starting with PS and working our way up to the 3-5 groups.
3-5 children have the option to go ice skating from 1:30-2:30
Rm 209 and 211 may go swimming in the pool if it is warm enough.
Be on time for your bus on the way over. We have some flexibility on the way back. Check in with Vicky.
