We are shuttling one bus over and back. Please stick to the schedule closely on the way over. Your rear ends should be in the bus seats at the departure time. If you are late that will throw everyone off.
On the way back we can be a little more flexible.
Rm 210 & 217 Leave Central 11:10. Leave Wolfe Park 2:10.
Rm 221 & 223 Leave Central 11:30. Leave Wolfe Park 3:15.
Rm 209 & 112 Leave Central 11:50. Leave Wolfe Park 4:15.
Rm 222 & 102 Leave Central 12:10. Leave Wolfe Park 1:40. You can stay until 1:50 if you would like to. If you want to stay any later than that you will need to coordinate with rm 210 & 217 because they are supposed to go at 2:10.
School age - We will do like we have done the last 2 years. The school age staff will spread out around the ring where they are doing the carnival and the kids can go off with their partners, they will not need to stay with a teacher unless they have a one on one or if you have a couple that can't be trusted on their own. We should have a least one staff keeping an eye on the hay ride and at least one keep an eye on the 2nd playground.
YBK groups will divide up into small groups and stay with their teacher.
We are getting snack tickets again this year. In the past there have been four tickets on a sheet. We usually only give the kids 2 tickets. I will go before you all and get the tickets. I will give each room enough sheets for each kid to have two tickets. If you spend them all and want more for your kids check in with me and I will get you more. If you have some unused ones at the end give them to me and I will buy a bunch of juice boxes or snacks to bring back to school.
